Samson Lee (or Sam) is the Founder & CEO of Coinstreet Partners, Founding Chairman of Belt & Road TechFin Association, Co-Founder of the Blockchain Centre of Hong Kong, Co-Founder of Ethereum south China community, Co-Founder of STGX (STO Global Exchange), Chief Crypto-Economic Advisor of Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange, and Honorary Guest Lecturer & Fintech and Blockchain Committee of Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (EDC).

Prior, Samson held numerous senior management positions of internationally renowned companies, including UCast Asia President, Next-TV President, Ericsson Asia UDN Business Consultant, Movideo Greater China Executive Vice President, Neulion Greater China and South Asia Pacific Vice President, Rovi Asia Pacific Business Managing Director, DivX Greater China and South Asia Pacific General Manager, PCCW Head of Mobile Commerce and early-stage management team of Hong Kong’s first publicly listed internet company – TOM Group’s (GEM#8001).

Apart from being an experienced blockchain entrepreneur, Samson has over 20 years’ experience in TMET sector, with proven success in commercializing various digital services and e-business operations across in Asia, including the world’s first 4G premium VOD service in 2012 with China Mobile, launched Asia’s first VOD service with four major Hollywood studios in 2006, commercialized Asia’s first O2O E-commerce service with Li & Fung Group in 2004, launched the world’s first mobile e-wallet in 2003 with PCCW, the world’s first verified-by-VISA SMS payment service with VISA and Bank of China in 2002, and the world’s first charge-to-bill mobile payment service with Hutchison Telecom in 2000.

Samson graduated from the University of Toronto, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, with MBA and a Master of Science degrees.
